We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to lead our maintenance crews and work with our clients to ensure the highest quality of service and operational efficiency.

Job Summary:
The Landscape Maintenance Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, efficiency, and quality of our landscape care crews. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong horticultural knowledge and excellent organizational skills. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, supporting crews with resources, training, and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Crew Management (30%)
Lead and support 2 maintenance crews to deliver consistent, high-quality landscape care.
Develop schedules maximizing crew productivity while balancing workloads.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, coach crews, and uphold safety standards.
Hold daily meetings with crew leaders to review schedules, client feedback, and operational goals.
Promote a safe work environment with weekly safety meetings and protocol enforcement.
Team Development & Leadership (30%)
Train and mentor crew leaders and members, fostering growth and accountability using the Greenius Training Software Platform and hands-on training.
Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new maintenance team members.
Work closely with the Maintenance Sales Manager to align operations with business goals.
Client & Quality Assurance (30%)
Maintain proactive communication with clients to discuss upcoming visits, gather feedback, and resolve concerns.
Work closely with the Account Manager to coordinate client expectations, address issues promptly, and recommend service enhancements.
Review key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly with the Account Manager and maintenance team to track quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Recommend service enhancements aligned with client needs.
Oversee accurate daily reporting using LMN and Google Drive.
Assist in troubleshooting site challenges to prevent delays and maintain smooth operations.
Resource & Financial Management (10%)
Track job costs and ensure work stays within budget and timelines.
Manage material ordering, inventory control, and equipment organization and upkeep.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of fine gardening, horticulture, and plant care techniques.
Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and budgets effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
Proficiency with scheduling and tracking software (LMN, Greenius, Google Drive, Fleetio).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year (Depending on experience)
